Walden Surfboards & Lilly Pulitzer partner

In 2004 Walden Surfboards partnered with Palm Beach fashion icon Lilly Pulitzer and introduced a very limited run of "Lilly" surfboards exclusively for Lilly Pulitzer's signature stores. We took Lilly Pulitzer's famous signature fabrics and created a collection of surfboards in keeping with the fashion house's preppy style. The "Lilly" boards were co-branded boards with both the Lilly logo and traditional Walden logos.
Due to an overwhelming request by our customers and dealers for "Lilly" boards we partnered again with Lilly Pulitzer, for the first time will be able to offer Lilly Pulitzer surfboards to select Walden dealers. The 2009 Lilly surfboards are so chic, we know many will never see water and will be hung as fabulous art in beach houses
This initial limited series of boards will be available early Spring 2009. We will initially be offering 4 designs. We expect to sell out the 2009 season early. For more information contact us at info@waldensurfboards.com

Hearts!

We just love our new heart board, so does our newest and youngest team rider Vanina Walsh.

Originally designed as a team board we are now adding "hearts" to our 2009 line. Super cute in pink and red, but were also offering it in almost any color combination you can think of. Favorites so far have been white w/ black hearts and pink w/ white hearts. Heart boards are custom order only, to order call 805.653.1717

Walden Wahine blog debut

Welcome to the launch of the Walden Wahine blog. We started the Walden Surfboards blog a few months ago and have had so many requests for a seperate place just for the girls we decided to start a 2nd blog.

We hope to share a bit of what goes on at Walden surfboards, and the girl side of the brand - Walden wahine. When we started Walden wahine 6 years ago we decided to do it right, not take a men's board paint it pink and call it a girls board. Our Walden wahine boards are made for women, they are as beautiful as they are functional. We have been thrilled to see how many girl's ( of all ages) first boards were Walden Wahine's

So we hope to give you an insiders view of the the Walden wahine brand.We also hope to make this blog interactive, we want to hear your stories..whether it be about your favorite board, secret surf spot or just cool pictures with your board.
